As an AT&T Wireless Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of AT&T wireless devices.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising practices.
  • Process transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers post-purchase, enhancing their overall experience with AT&T products.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail store operations or similar environments is a plus.
  • Supervising experience is beneficial for those looking to advance within the company.
