Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calling and telemarketing efforts, focusing on building relationships and driving business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for event/venue sales, with experience in B2B sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Leverage negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound venue sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM softwares is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and outbound calling techniques.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that drive lead generation.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to venue and event sales.
