Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join team, focused on promoting and selling Health Education products and digital tools to the Health Insurance and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these markets, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for improving health outcomes through education and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the health insurance and PBM markets (e.g., health plans, brokers, employers).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and identify opportunities for our health education.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our Health Education products and member portal functionalities, highlighting how they address client needs and benefit their members.
  • Tailor proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the digital health education space.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions within our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level B2B sales experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, digital health, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (providers, payers, digital health, and pharmaceuticals).
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals with health systems, payers, or large provider networks.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including population health, digital transformation, patient engagement, and value-based care initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close enterprise-level deals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and virtual sales tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (HIPAA, ACA, FDA content guidelines, etc.).
