About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven
Sales Representative
to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships across your territory. You'll act as the main point of contact for our clients: understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and driving long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships while introducing new products and solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits (around 10 days per month) and use effective planning to maximize each interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions on time and within scope.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from proposal to negotiation, order management, and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights to help shape our strategy.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in the Gaming or Amusement industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.

Pay: $100, $115,000.00 per year
