Our pay plan is very aggressive with huge potential. We also promote within, so you will have the opportunity to grow your career with us. We have a huge inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles. Our ideal candidate would have experience in Automobile Sales as a top performer and be very good on the phones. Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.

Job Responsibilities of a Business Development Sales Consultant

  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best fits their wants and needs
  • You will be responsible for following up on fresh Internet Leads & Scheduling Appointments.
  • Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features; takes test drives and explains warranty and service requirements
  • Delivers vehicle to customer by providing a comprehensive review of all the features to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Daily follow-up of unsold, sold customers
  • Maintain a great customer satisfaction index
  • Follow our professional dress code and behavior policies
