Here at Glendale Chevrolet we are expanding and looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Sales Consultant for our sales department. Our pay plan is very aggressive with huge potential. We also promote within, so you will have the opportunity to grow your career with us. We have a huge inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles. Our ideal candidate would have experience in Automobile Sales as a top performer and be very good on the phones. Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a top Business Development Sales Consultant
- Dependable
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Strong Communication skills
- Be able to communicate well on the phones
- Must be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed
- Desire to provide a high level of customer service
Job Responsibilities of a Business Development Sales Consultant
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best fits their wants and needs
- You will be responsible for following up on fresh Internet Leads & Scheduling Appointments.
- Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features; takes test drives and explains warranty and service requirements
- Delivers vehicle to customer by providing a comprehensive review of all the features to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Daily follow-up of unsold, sold customers
- Maintain a great customer satisfaction index
- Follow our professional dress code and behavior policies
