About Lilly Gene Therapy:

At Lilly Gene Therapy, we are developing a pipeline of gene therapies to slow or stop the underlying disease process for patients with genetic disorders. We are leveraging recent breakthroughs in human genetics that point to potential disease-modifying targets for diseases. Our programs utilize a precision medicine approach targeting patient populations with urgent unmet needs, where there are currently no available therapies that modify the progressive course of their disorders.

  • Perform routine testing for lot release, stability, compatibility and other studies.
  • Analyze, document, and report data.
  • Write technical reports and SOPs.
  • Communicate data within the group as well as across functions.

  • Ability to manage laboratory timelines and priorities.
  • Experience managing or mentoring other lab members.
  • History of assay development.
  • Prior experience with AAVs is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for learning, understanding, and advancing science.
  • Motivation to learn new skills both inside and outside the lab.
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
