About the Role:

Borderless Friends Forever (BFF) is seeking an organized and supportive Regional Support Specialist to assist Community Advisors in placing and supervising international high school exchange students. This role is essential to ensuring that students, host families, and schools have a successful and positive experience throughout the academic year.

What you'll do:

· Place and supervise 4 or more students personally

· Provide guidance and support to Community Advisors in your state/region.

· Assist with student placements by helping match students with appropriate host families and schools.

· Support Community Advisors when requested by Regional Directors in addressing challenges with students, host families, and schools.

· Foster teamwork, problem-solving, and communication across the regional network.

· Work with the Regional Director to meet placement and program goals.

What we're looking for:

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Experience in student exchange, education, youth programs, or community development.

· Ability to mentor and support a team of Local Coordinators.

· Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency with digital tools for communication and record-keeping.

· Flexible schedule to support Local Coordinators as needed.
