Job Opening: Administrative Assistant (Marketing Focus)

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a creative flair for digital marketing? We're seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team in Garden City, NY. This role blends administrative support with hands-on marketing execution. Must be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and distribute email campaigns using Constant Contact

· Source and manipulate public domain images for marketing use

· Create visually compelling ads for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn using Canva

· Assist with general office support

· Maintain organized digital files and marketing assets

· Support team projects with research, coordination, and follow-up

Required Skills & Experience

· Proficiency in Constant Contact, including email blast creation and list management

· Strong working knowledge of Canva for social media ad design

· Ability to edit and enhance images from public domain sources

· Familiarity with social media marketing best practices across major platforms

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Bonus Points

· Prior experience in a marketing or administrative support role

· Basic understanding of branding and visual storytelling

· Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with minimal supervision
