Black Flag Security LLC is a privately held firm that provides a range of security services for a wide range of commercial locations and potential government contracts. We also specialize in providing security for churches and schools. We are currently looking for motivated and customer service-oriented people to join our team. We start all our officers off in a part time role, with the potential for full time.

Job Skills / Requirements-

Our Officers provide protection for client's properties against all manner of issues, such as theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. We expect our Officers to follow all assigned post orders for each specific location they work. Understand the how, why, and when to apply use of force and the varying degrees of force we authorize as a company. Warns violators of rule infractions and performs removals or apprehension of subjects engaging in suspicious or criminal acts. Notifies location staff of potential issues on site. Sounds alarm or calls Law Enforcement and/or Fire by phone in emergency situations. Assists location management and Law Enforcment during emergency situations. Contacts supervisor by radio or phone to report irregularities and obtain further instructions. Writes site, incident, and/or automobile usage reports. Other duties may be assigned as the situations arise.

Job requirements include:

Officer Must Provide their own firearm with a minimum of a level 2 holster, a duty belt, and one pair of handcuffs with key. Weapon must not be smaller than 9mm in caliber.

One (1) year of Armed Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or Correctional experience is preferred

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

State of Tennessee Armed Security Officer License

Valid driver's license (Vehicle operators must have a driving record with no more than one moving violation);

CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred;

Chemical Deterrent, Taser, Handcuffing certification preferred.
