**Shift:** Rotating shift of 2 days on, 2 days off.

**Job Overview:**

Blue MONSTA Security is seeking highly responsible and vigilant Armed Security Guards to join our team. Our security personnel are tasked with ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets at various sites. As an armed security guard, you will be on the front line in preventing security breaches, deterring criminal activity, and providing a safe environment for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor for suspicious activity.

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.

  • Enforce security policies and protocols, including access control and visitor management.

  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned premises and security systems.

  • Maintain detailed reports and logs of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.

  • Provide assistance to the public, including directions, information, and customer service.

  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

  • Remain vigilant, professional, and courteous in all situations.

**Requirements:**

  • **Active Armed Security License:** Must possess a valid armed security guard license for Tennessee.

  • **Firearms Permit:** Must have a current firearms permit and complete required training.

  • **Experience:** Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.

  • **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be physically fit and able to handle potentially high-pressure situations.

  • **Background Check:** Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

  • **Flexible Schedule:** Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and the public.

  • **Customer Service Orientation:** Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to safety and customer service.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • CPR and First Aid certification.

  • Must have a valid Driver's License.

  • Training in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
