Associate Director of HR

Job Overview:
This is a high-impact role that will be instrumental in building a sustainable, legally compliant, and competitive HR framework that supports PRG's rapid growth. This role will also work closely with and lead our HR team to ensure that payroll, compensation, and HR technology initiatives align with business priorities. The Associate Director will also work on strengthening their team and mentoring them to step into more senior HR roles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Organizational Alignment:
Leading workforce planning, talent development, and role structuring to align with PRG's CEO vision and strategic goals
Workforce & Role Analysis:
Conducting in-depth evaluations of all roles within PRG, including remote positions, to ensure they are structured for long-term success and business alignment.
Operational & Administrative Collaboration:
Partnering with Operations leadership to define clear domains, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring cross-functional collaboration instead of siloed work. Working closely with the Admin team to align HR and business operations seamlessly.
Leadership & Team Management:
Overseeing and mentoring PRG's HR team, driving excellence in talent management, compliance, employee relations, and engagement. Implementing best practices in HR technology (in collaboration with Head of IT & Cybersecurity) to optimize recruitment, performance tracking, and workforce analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree a plus (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR are a plus).
- Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least two HR employees
- Hands-on experience in HR compliance, talent management, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Strong technical proficiency in HRIS systems, recruitment tools, and AI-driven HR technologies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to wear multiple hats.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels, including senior executives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting, data analytics, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion, professionalism, and fairness.
- Experience working with multi-location teams (on-site and remote workforce management).
