Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time Sales Account Representative to join our team at Beautiful Things Lighting. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing outstanding customer service to our clients. Your efforts will help us maintain our stellar reputation while expanding our reach across South Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Generate leads through various channels including networking and referrals.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in retail or home decor.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Punctual and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes is beneficial but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers find the perfect solutions.

Compensation:

  • The salary for this position is a combination of hourly pay and sales commission. Must be able to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
