Sales Representative Role

Venti Accounting is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this outside sales role, you will market our comprehensive monthly accounting services, which includes accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, tax preparation, and business advisory services to small businesses.

This is a highly consultative position where you will engage with various decision-makers to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific business needs. Join us and be part of the rapidly growing small business accounting industry

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $40,000-$60,000
  • Commission and bonuses (First-year target earnings: $65,000-$85,000; Second-year: $95,000-$130,000; Third-year: potential for significantly higher earnings)

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell monthly payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services to small and mid-size businesses.
  • Target businesses with 1 to 30 employees.
  • Prospect through phone, email, social selling, and networking.
  • Attend networking events and develop channel partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas (First-year sales quota: $375,000 in annualized sales).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service-based industry, or a strong desire to transition into a B2B sales role.
  • Effective communicator with strong business acumen, able to engage with small business owners and C-suite executives.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Upbeat, confident, and friendly personality.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a well-established organization.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated history of achievement through honors, awards, promotions, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • College degree preferred.

Additional Information

  • Work hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
  • This position is based in our Coral Springs, FL office.
  • Utilize social media, referrals, phone calls, emails, and social selling to generate new business.
