Part-Time Assistant Loan Administrator (Contract)

CURRENT college students or RECENT graduates, and Junior level college students are ENCOURAGED to apply.

Location: Cedar Falls, Iowa and surrounding areas

Duration: 6+ months rolling contract - W2 ONLY

Hybrid work-schedule 2 days Onsite but may be flexible - Must be able to work 20 business hours per week.

What will you be doing as a Part Time Assistant Loan Administrator:

  • Pre-staging of applications and other customer requests
  • Manage correspondence with clients and third-party vendors
  • Perfect Crop Lien Filings
  • Assist in performing Periodic Reviews
  • Become familiar with and comply with laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures that are applicable to required job duties including Bank Secrecy Act Policies
  • Understand and comply with all RAF and bank anti-money laundering, compliance, and all other applicable laws
  • Answer & document details of support calls resolving minor to complex issues
  • Communicate with customers effectively and seek additional information for clarification
