Role Description

The Equine Regional Sales Manager- North California and Pacific Northwest is a full-time, on-site role located in the territory. The person in this role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with veterinary professionals, and promoting Contura Vet's innovative products tailored for equine osteoarthritis treatment. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, delivering educational presentations, planning and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional client support to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of products.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, coupled with experience creating and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in equine animal health.
  • Knowledge in veterinary medicine, particularly in equine health and osteoarthritis; experience working with veterinarians is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to support multitasking and manage regional travel requirements.
  • Familiarity with analytics and tools for monitoring sales performance and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in animal science, veterinary technology, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Northern California and the Pacific Northwest region and occasionally beyond for meetings, training, and conferences.
