Accountant / Office Administrator

SeeDevice is a fabless Quantum Image Sensor company developing disruptive technology for precision photo detectors. Combining quantum mechanics-based pixel technology with state-of-the-art CMOS mixed-signal chips, we develop innovative technology that will pave the way for the next generations of machine vision technology.
The accountant will work in tandem with operations and bookkeeping and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of corporate ledgers, transactions, receipts, reconciliations, and all other special duties as assigned. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
- 5+ Years of Corporate accounting experience is preferred but not required
- Team player with strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Working understanding of accounting and office administration principles, practices, and procedures relating to accounts payable and general ledger-related responsibilities
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in both English and Korean
- Strong digital literacy, particularly in Windows, Microsoft Office, Google and Accounting software like QB.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Effectively partner with operations and executive leadership teams and act as a liaison between the C-level Executive Offices and all other departments
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Reconcile, settle and own the intercompany accounting function
- Assist CPA to prepare and file tax returns
- Manage the recurring entry and reversing journal entry processes in QB
- Provide support for various types of audits
- Act as a liaison between the C-level Executive Offices and all other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
