The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, shaping brand partnerships across North America.
Accountabilities:- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned verticals, including Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, and Food & Beverage.
- Manage relationships with top-tier brands, agencies, and platforms to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
- Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with market trends and client KPIs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Creative, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Ensure smooth transition and account continuity for the duration of the maternity coverage period.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance updates to leadership.
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising or influencer marketing sales, with proven success in brand partnerships.
- Strong record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and managing high-value client relationships.
- Experience selling directly to top-tier brands and agencies within Tech & Apps, Dining & QSR, or Food & Beverage.
- Excellent strategic, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
- Deep market knowledge, competitive insight, and ability to develop actionable sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to operate with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial literacy including sales forecasting, targets, and commercial strategy.
- Adaptable and growth-oriented, ready to contribute immediately during a temporary coverage period.
- Competitive salary: $130,000–$140,000 plus bonus potential.
