Lino Lakes Assisted Living is looking for an Assistant Executive Director to play a key role in both the operational and growth aspects of our senior living community We are looking for a candidate with a diverse range of experience, as this role will be involved in operations, sales & marketing, and some potential involvement with the nursing team If you have or are interested in obtaining your Assisted Living Director license or RN license, this may be the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy growth.
  • Build relationships with referral sources, prospective residents, and families.
  • Lead community outreach efforts and represent Lino Lakes Assisted Living at networking events.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.

Assistant Executive Director Duties:

  • Support the Executive Director in overseeing daily operations of the community.
  • Assist in staff leadership, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to maintain high-quality resident care and services.
