Provide technical and educational cardiac device expertise in order to achieve customer service objectives. Review remote transmissions while providing patients and healthcare professionals with the highest level of service possible (remote position).

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and educational expertise
  • Reviews remote transmissions for all CRM vendors
  • Provides trouble shooting support as needed
  • Maintains appropriate documentation
  • Utilizes and maintains internal software
  • Assists with the onboarding of new customers
  • Partners with other employees to appropriately understand market and customer dynamics
  • Overall understanding of competitive landscape
  • Current with all new CRM products
  • Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to maintain necessary credentials

Education And Preferred Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare or engineering
  • Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) per the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE)
  • Extensive understanding of medical terminology
  • Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
