Position Overview

The Admissions Outreach Representative serves as the bridge between hope and healing. This role combines marketing insight, relationship-building, and empathetic communication to connect potential clients, families, and referral sources to Recovery Works' continuum of care. You'll be the front-line ambassador representing our commitment to integrity, accessibility, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, hospitals, clinicians, and community organizations.

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from potential clients and families, guiding them through the admissions process.

  • Coordinate assessments, insurance verification, and clinical reviews to ensure a seamless intake experience.

  • Track leads and outreach activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Represent Recovery Works at events, conferences, and community outreach programs.

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure admissions processes reflect both compassion and compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in behavioral health admissions with a successful history.

  • Comfortable balancing empathy with operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for outreach initiatives.



Benefits Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience.
