Who We Are

Here at Marshall Reddick, we are a fast-based, rapidly changing and growing, full-service residential real estate firm. We have 3 distinct lines of business allowing us to provide multiple professional real estate services to the client, including real estate brokerage, property management and private lending. We have multiple office locations, including FL, TN and TX, currently however, our private lending team is housed in our corporate home office in Newport Beach, CA. Founded in 1979, with the private lending division added in 2010, Marshall Reddick is committed to our mission—become the bridge connecting each client to financial independence through real estate.

Our private lending team is laser focused, originating 1st lien, non-owner occupied, business purpose loans for residential real estate investor borrowers. Backed by our internally managed debt fund, we lend direct—off our own balance sheet and thus the guidelines are all ours. This provides us with a competitive edge—common sense, no-red tape, collateral based underwriting and fast funding. We seek to find a way to say yes, when others say no. We love single family homes but welcome small multi-family assets including apartments of 5-20 units. We also specialize in non-recourse financing for the self-directed retirement account borrower. We don't lend against mixed use, office, medical, retail or industrial.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Account Executive to join our team in-office at our Newport Beach location. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business-purpose lending and a proven ability to build and manage B2B relationships—particularly with loan brokers, wholesalers, and referral partners. This inside sales role focuses on generating new business through external partnerships rather than handling direct borrower inquiries, though attendance at real estate and mortgage industry events is encouraged. At Marshall Reddick, you'll gain expertise in our full range of business-purpose loan products—including residential transition, bridge, ground-up construction, DSCR, and Non-Recourse loans—supported by a steady stream of warm leads, in-house underwriting, fast approvals, and top-tier customer service. Your primary goal will be to grow and maintain a book of business fueled by broker relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Show up and consistently give 100%—every single day
  • Develop, manage, and expand relationships with loan brokers, wholesalers, and referral partners
  • Make outbound calls, generate leads, and take loan applications
  • Educate partners and borrowers on our loan products, provide pricing, and issue pre-approvals
  • Collect documentation and act as a liaison between client and underwriting
  • Attend real estate and finance industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Perform daily follow-ups with leads and referral partners—via phone, text, and email
  • Log all activity into our CRM and maintain detailed notes
  • Manage a pipeline of 10–15 active loans
  • Originate $3MM+ in monthly volume by leveraging your broker network and outreach efforts
What Qualifies You
  • 2+ years of experience in private money or business-purpose lending
  • Strong B2B sales skills with the ability to source and cultivate broker relationships
  • Charismatic communicator with the ability to educate and influence partners
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
