Overview
(This is a commission only position) We are seeking a dynamic self-starter, who is motivated by an uncapped earning potential. Candidate should display good communication skills as well as the willingness to learn. Account Executives will work closely with and at the direction of a Senior Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help expand our market presence and foster long-term partnerships.
Duties
- Engage in warm calling campaigns and PowerLists through Kixie to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure agreements that align with company goals while ensuring mutual value.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals that resonate with client needs.
- Utilize Hubspot or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to build trust and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hubspot and Kixie for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to craft compelling value propositions.
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable, especially involving complex solutions requiring analysis skills.
- Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data insights to inform strategic decisions.
