Join The Wall Street Hotel in NYC
Seeking a visionary leader to drive sales and marketing for our luxury boutique property in the heart of New York City. You'll be responsible for setting the strategic direction and operation of our Sales, Revenue Management, Reservation, E-Commerce, Social, and Marketing Departments.
Responsibilities:- Developing an annual Marketing Plan with clear action plans for all departments
- Achieving total room revenues and occupancy targets
- Implementing a strategic rate structure for all market segments
- Controlling the Marketing and Social Budget
- Leading the Sales Team to meet goals
- Attending trade shows and travel functions to promote the hotel
- Maximizing returns in digital marketing, social media, and public relations
- Building and maintaining key relationships in local and international markets
- Adapting to market changes and implementing strategic programs
Competitive salary range: $150k-175k
Requirements:- Minimum of 10 years in the luxury hotel industry
- Experience in corporate and leisure markets
- Strong background in digital marketing and social media
- Global sales representation experience
- Knowledge of handling Public Relations & Communications Agencies
- Experience in hotel openings or independent hotel brands (optional)
