We're seeking a Lead Programmatic Strategist to lead and elevate our clients' digital performance through cutting-edge programmatic strategies and high-impact partnership activations. This role sits at the heart of our Code3 — bridging data, creativity, and technology to drive measurable growth.
You'll be the strategic lead and point of contact for all things Programmatic and Partnership Media (including direct buys). You'll guide and mentor others on the Programmatic team in campaign strategy, execution, and performance — while collaborating closely across channels to deliver unified, insight-driven marketing solutions.
What you'll do:
- Lead Client Strategy & Service, acting as the primary contact for Programmatic across assigned accounts.
- Deliver exceptional client service and thought leadership; lead client calls, QBRs, and planning sessions.
- Proactively identify optimization and upsell opportunities across Programmatic and Partnership Media.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and reporting across platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon DSP.
- Mentor and support team members in strategy, performance analysis, and budget management.
- Conduct campaign QA and performance analysis to ensure flawless delivery and actionable insights.
- Integrate programmatic strategy within broader digital media plans to maximize performance.
- Partner with other channel leads at Code3 to deliver consistent creative storytelling and data-driven insights.
- Work with media partners and platforms to bring innovative solutions to clients.
- Guide reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to larger performance narratives.
- Support new business initiatives, process optimization, and best practices adoption across the team.
- Begin managing junior team members and provide mentorship for their professional growth.

You should have:
- 6+ years of experience in programmatic in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, and/or other major DSPs.
- Deep understanding CTV/OTTwith strong measurement capabilities (first- and third-party).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (you pivot in your sleep).
- Working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud.

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $126,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location. Compensation for this position also includes up to a 7% bonus based on performance.
