Account Manager

The salary range listed is the total compensation that includes base salary and potential monthly commission, with further details to be discussed during the interview process. The range is $104,000–$145,600 USD (approximately $145,000–$203,600 CAD).

The Account Manager is responsible for managing the daily sales activities of SRNA Brands within assigned geographic areas and/or channels. This role ensures that sales targets and budgets for the assigned territory are met. There are two (2) Account Manager positions available: one (1) requires fluency in both English and French (Canadian) due to regular interaction with customers across Canada, including Quebec, while the other may operate primarily in English.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Drive product sales within assigned territories

  • Support Direct, Associate, and Auto Dealers (National Accounts)

Le ou la gestionnaire de compte est responsable de la gestion des activités de vente quotidiennes des marques SRNA dans les zones géographiques ou les canaux assignés. La personne titulaire

Deux (2) postes de gestionnaire de comptes sont disponibles : un (1) exige la maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (canadien) en raison des interactions régulières avec des clients partout au Canada, y compris au Québec, tandis que l'autre exercera ses fonctions principalement

en anglais.

Fonctions essentielles du poste:

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of five to seven (5 7) years experience in a sales field (preferably Automotive or Tire Industry). A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any other related degree from an accredited college preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Must be organized, deadline driven, detailed oriented, self motivated, and possess the ability to work independently and motivate others. This position requires employee to travel 75% or more via planes and automobiles. Must be able to stand, sit, move, stoop, crouch, and use fingers for extended periods of time, hearing and talking. May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching above shoulder heights and below the waist, as well as lifting up to 100 pounds. Must be able to engage in a variety of strenuous outdoor events and locations including off-road desert/mountainous locations outdoor motorsport venues, entertainment facilities, restaurants, sports environments and office environment, and inclement weather based on customer location. The Physical Demands and Work Environment described herein represent the environment and physical demands that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Qualifications minimales:
