We are looking for a Medical Assistant or LPN to support our Raymond Clinic

Purpose

The Medical Assistant (MA) shall be accountable for 1) providing excellent direct patient care alongside our providers, 2) supporting the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care and 3) maintaining accurate and complete documentation within the patient's medical record.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm with the opportunities for Saturday and evening clinics. Only 32 hours not full 40

Qualifications

Education

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program and be a Certified Medical assistant or a Registered Medical Assistant.

Licensure / Certification

  • Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse or other accredited certifying organization.

Experience

  • Entry level; previous medical assistant experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred.

  • Our organization is a tobacco-free workplace.
  • We require immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.
