Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Educator & Clinical Support

Job Type: Full-Time

Primary Peak Medical is seeking a highly motivated, confident Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our busy functional and integrative medical practice. This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys patient education, hands-on clinical care, leadership, and working closely with a provider in a fast-paced environment.

This is a high customer service and leadership-focused position. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, organized, and comfortable taking initiative to support both patients and the provider throughout the visit.

Requirements

  • Current, active LPN license (required)
  • Excellent IV start skills
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Confident, proactive, and able to take the lead when assisting the provider
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Professional, dependable, and patient-centered

Responsibilities

  • Room patients and assist with patient flow
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and therapies
  • Close visits with patients and ensure understanding of next steps
  • Start and manage IV therapy
  • Administer and educate on peptide therapy
  • Assist with and support IV therapy and ketamine therapy
  • Prep patients for procedures
  • Assist with pellet therapy insertions under the direction of the provider
  • Provide hands-on clinical support during procedures
  • Maintain excellent patient experience and customer service
  • Act as a clinical leader and support person for a very busy provider
  • Anticipate provider needs and assist proactively
  • Maintain clinic standards, safety protocols, and professionalism
