Revelio Labs provides workforce intelligence. We absorb and standardize hundreds of millions of public employment records to create the world's first universal HR database, allowing us to see current workforce composition and trends of any company. Our customers include investors, corporate strategists, HR teams, academics, and governments.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. As a key driver of revenue growth, you will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and showcase how Revelio Labs' data-backed insights can provide value to their organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to help clients understand the value of Revelio Labs' solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and client challenges to tailor your approach and messaging.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and create feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the HR Tech, SaaS, or data analytics industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Location:
Our offices are based in New York City, but the position can be done remotely.
