What You Will Do:

The RSCN/MRT CORE Lead will lead the configuration and implementation of operational excellence across shared services functions and all Service Center Network facilities. You will be responsible for moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems and/or products to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency. This position can be located in Atlanta, GA, Burlington, VT, Cypress, CA or Clarksburg, WV and will require travel as needed across these sites to support CORE initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & support the implementation of the CORE operating system and drive appropriate governance.

  • With limited oversight, trains site CORE pilots, management and their respective teams on lean, continuous improvement, project management and business integration skill set to enhance the capabilities of the team in reengineering initiatives.

  • Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.

  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the development of CORE training materials to ensure a successful CORE Certification Program.

  • Focus on strategic priorities aligned with the CORE Goal Alignment process.

  • Leads small to medium transformation initiatives that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions focused on continuous improvement by facilitating workshops, execution & progress reviews, retrospectives, and other forums to assist with the RSCN/MRT domain and subdomain CORE configuration, implementation, and deployment.

  • Assist with hosting strategic initiative reviews.

  • Provides guidance and clarity to drive process maturity and operational performance.

  • Actively collaborate across departments to accelerate CORE adoption and deliver results.

  • Assists in meeting the CORE training and certification requirements. Oversee internal CORE/lean training and facilitate CORE events.

  • Collaborate on Business Services Transformation initiatives, developing road maps, potential implementation lead for specified projects.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2+ years' experience in an MRO/Aftermarket Aviation environment, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field.

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives (ACE, CORE, Six Sigma or other systems).

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Six Sigma Black Belt or CORE Professional or equivalent

  • Prior experience as a CORE embedded lead (or legacy organization equivalent) is a plus

  • Ability to influence senior level stakeholders and work across the organization with proven communication skills.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
