As an administrative assistant in DaVita's in-house legal team, you will be called on to organize and schedule many events. An ability to work with Microsoft Office applications is a MUST You will constantly be learning new processes and technological applications, so we are looking for someone with a desire to grow personally and professionally. You will be asked to arrange meetings, make travel plans, and schedule appointments for your department. Organizational skills are a must
DaVita functions as a very fast-pasted work environment, so your ability to work at a high level of proficiency with little supervision is essential. We will put your multi-tasking skills to the test
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys, paralegals and legal professionals in the lane.
- Actively manage calendars and work with other administrative professionals to schedule meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, etc.
- Plan and support team meetings and events.
- Schedule and plan travel.
- Track expenses, manage supply purchasing and support the management of the budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience supporting senior executives and legal professionals
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
