This isn't just a "support role." You'll be an integral part of the leadership team, working directly with a high-performing real estate professional who values tenacity, innovation, and follow-through.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing schedules, meetings, emails, and travel
  • Running point on projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Creating systems that keep the business (and team) operating efficiently
  • Supporting marketing, transaction coordination, and vendor communications
  • Taking ownership and finding solutions without needing your hand held
  • Track expenses and basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks
  • Project management of property renovations
  • Review company reports and assist the executive in analyzing and synthesizing information
  • Assist with basic event coordination tasks
  • Participate in marketing strategy reviews for multiple companies
  • Create and manage company events

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficient in Google Workspace and strong computer skills
  • Ability to type at least 55 WPM
  • Previous experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Details:

Location: In-office in Las Vegas, NV

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Compensation: Competitive salary + growth opportunities
