We are seeking a dynamic recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple markets and role levels, from entry-level to leadership positions. This role is perfect for a strategic talent expert who excels at building strong relationships, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This position would allow you to work from your home office located in Kansas City, MO or the surrounding area.

The Role
- Drive and execute recruitment strategies for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Partner with hiring managers at all levels to understand workforce planning, role expectations, and future talent needs
- Own the entire hiring process—from job requisition creation to offer negotiation—ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Develop and maintain pipelines for critical, high-volume, and leadership roles
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state and local regulations
- Track and analyze hiring metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the Talent team to align recruitment strategies, share best practices, and support initiatives that drive hiring excellence
- Work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure new hires complete all pre-employment requirements
- Able to work within normal business hours of M-F, 8am-5pm and be flexible to work outside those hours when urgent business needs arise
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring across all levels, from entry-level roles to executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience hiring in telecommunications/broadband communications space a plus
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers
- Exceptional sourcing expertise across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience using an ATS; Paylocity Recruiting experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track hiring data and drive continuous improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage candidates, communicate with hiring managers, and represent TAK Broadband
- Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
