Responsibilities

  • Hunt and Close Big Deals: Connect with off-market property sellers virtually across the United States to negotiate and secure high-value purchase offers, turning leads into wins with your killer persuasion skills.
  • Create Win-Win Outcomes: Build trust with sellers through empathetic, high-energy negotiations that deliver results for them and Every Home Cash.
  • Own Your Pipeline: Manage a robust pipeline of leads with relentless follow-up, using our proven strategies and our CRM to track and close deals like a pro.
  • Master the Art of Sales: Leverage weekly training, elite coaching, and our battle-tested sales scripts to sharpen your skills and dominate the market.
  • Drive Team Excellence: Contribute to our culture of relentless improvement through daily huddles and a commitment to extreme ownership.

Qualifications

  • Born to Close: Proven track record in high-ticket sales (real estate a plus, but not required-we'll train you to master acquisitions).
  • Phone Domination: Charismatic communicator with a commanding phone presence and resilience to handle objections like a champ.
  • Hunger for Success: Passion for winning in a competitive environment and a drive to earn six-figure commissions.
  • Experience Preferred: 2+ years crushing it in B2C sales.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related fields preferred, but your hustle matters more.
