Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Department: Superior Door
Reports To: GM
Location: Twin Falls, ID
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing product and service information. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and warranties.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory checks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in home services or related industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
