The Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing Customer Service team. The Riverbend Ranch Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting customers with orders, and resolving questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for every Riverbend Ranch customer and works closely with our Sales, Fulfillment, and Operations teams.

Customer Service Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Assist customers with placing, managing, and tracking orders
  • Clearly communicate specials, promotions, and product information
  • Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and feedback
  • Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment
  • Maintain knowledge of Riverbend Ranch products and policies
  • Support other departments as needed

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position, Monday–Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM
  • Work is primarily in an office setting with extended periods at a computer and phone
  • Must be able to multitask and manage multiple customer requests at once
  • Occasional need to coordinate with fulfillment team in cold storage environment

Education, Experience, & Misc. Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education required
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Proficient in computer use and basic software applications
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
