Position Overview

We're building our first sales force — and we're looking for Account Managers who live and breathe social media. You'll serve as the bridge between potential clients and our executive consulting team. Your job is to generate qualified leads, start real conversations, and book calls that turn into long-term clients.

This role requires more than just sending DMs — it's about owning your digital presence and using it to build trust, influence, and connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your personal Instagram and Facebook presence to maintain credibility and attract leads.

• Send a minimum of 50 qualified DMs per day using our proprietary ABC Cold DM System (training provided).

• Consistently create and post content (minimum 3 reels, 1 photo post, and 1 carousel per week).

• Maintain 10+ Instagram stories daily and 7–10 active highlight bubbles.

• Keep a fully optimized profile with a professional headshot, strong bio, and at least one contact link (Linktree or landing page preferred).

• Generate interest in our consulting and creative service packages, and book potential clients for introductory calls with the CEO or Senior Consultant.

• Track lead activity, maintain communication logs, and ensure your clients are ready and prepped for their discovery call.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and other account executives to refine strategy, share results, and continuously level up performance.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience managing or growing an Instagram account.

Demonstrated social proof: minimum 5K followers with consistent engagement.

Proficiency in DM outreach, content posting, and maintaining audience relationships.

Comfort spending multiple hours per day engaging, networking, and creating content.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Driven, competitive, and self-motivated personality.

Passion for sales, social media marketing, and creative branding.

Must be coachable and willing to follow a proven outreach process.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or online consulting.

• Familiarity with Square, Stripe, or other online payment systems.

• Understanding of social selling and personal branding techniques.

Compensation & Growth

Commission-based pay structure.

Each successful client booked and converted earns you direct credit and payout.

After your first 5 closed deals, you'll qualify for promotion to Closer, allowing you to handle and close your own sales independently.

Training, scripts, and ongoing mentorship are provided.
