We're looking for a Product Manager Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge transportation management system (TMS) technologies, including AI-powered solutions that drive real customer and business impact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in product development, strategy, and execution. 

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Learn and internalize Uber Freight's mission, product strategy, and customer needs. 
  • Assist in defining product requirements and contributing to the product roadmap. 
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations to help deliver impactful product features. 
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform product decisions. 
  • Help monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and reviews to gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field. 
  • Expected graduation in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
  • Passion for technology, logistics, and building customer-centric products. 
  • Familiarity with product development concepts and tools (e.g., wireframing, user research, data analysis). 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or coursework in product management, UX design, or data analysis. 
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts or technologies. 
  • Interest in freight, supply chain, or logistics. 
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
