Pay Rate: $20 per hour

What's a typical day as Donor Engagement & External Relations Assistant? You'll be:

• Managing large-scale mass mailings including postcards, greeting cards, solicitations, and invitations
• Assisting in event planning and coordination for alumni and donor events
• Providing administrative and clerical support to the College of Arts and Science Dean's office
• Maintaining guest and RSVP lists and supporting events on site
• Conducting post-event follow-up and coordinating travel and appointments with prospects
• Supporting annual fund mailings and managing donor databases and reports
• Providing back-up support for the Development and External Relations Coordinator

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Possess excellent organization and communication skills
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail in all tasks
• Have experience in administrative support, event planning, or donor relations (preferred but not required)
• Are comfortable managing databases and handling confidential information
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
