Director of Contractor SalesWhat I Will Do:
Lead Strategic Growth:
I will develop and execute targeted strategies to expand Codale's contractor market share across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada, aligning with company goals and customer needs.Empower Sales Teams:
I will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Strengthen Customer Relationships:
I will build lasting partnerships with contractors and vendors, ensuring Codale remains a trusted and responsive partner in every project.Drive Operational Excellence:
I will oversee sales operations with a focus on margin performance, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.Champion Innovation:
I will promote the use of digital tools and CRM systems to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Proven Leadership Experience:
