Your Role

As Business Development Manager, your primary goal is to connect with clean energy companies who could benefit from working with RELLO. You will help identify the right people, craft compelling outreach, and schedule discovery calls that open the door to long-term partnerships.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying qualified leads
  • Writing and sending outreach messages that are personal and effective
  • Starting conversations with decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Managing follow-ups and booking discovery calls
  • Collaborating with leadership to test messaging and improve results
  • Tracking progress and sharing insights with the team

Who You Are

  • You are early or mid-career and looking to grow fast
  • You are naturally curious, proactive, and confident in conversation

  • You are organized, reliable, and capable of managing many moving pieces
