Structural Plasticity is a venture development organization that builds professionally structured, co-owned businesses from the ground up. Our model focuses on assembling high-quality teams, verifying talent, and launching operationally sound companies across multiple industries.

We are establishing our first Field Outreach Team to support market expansion and front-line engagement. This team will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, generating interest, and strengthening community awareness of our business-formation services.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will represent Structural Plasticity in assigned neighborhoods and business districts, conduct structured outreach, communicate our value proposition, and generate qualified leads. Your performance and professionalism will directly influence our early-stage growth strategy.

This is a hands-on, field-based role suited for individuals who thrive in direct communication, enjoy developing rapport quickly, and are motivated by measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach in designated territories
  • Clearly communicate Structural Plasticity's business development and venture-building services
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for senior team members
  • Track daily activities, interactions, and KPIs using standardized reporting tools
  • Maintain a professional, polished presence in all face-to-face interactions
  • Contribute field insights to help refine outreach operations and territory strategy

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to learn and present complex concepts clearly
  • Comfortable working in the field and engaging with diverse audiences
  • Goal-driven, organized, and adaptable
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial, but not required

Compensation & Advancement

  • $1,000 commission per verified enrollment generated through field outreach
  • Performance bonuses tied to weekly and monthly KPIs

  • Team Lead
  • Territory Manager
  • Outreach Operations Supervisor
  • Enrollment Director (pipeline leadership)

Milestone Bonus:

The individual with the most enrollments at the time Structural Plasticity reaches 1,000 verified users within the marketing cycle will receive a $350,000 performance bonus in recognition of division leadership and operational achievement.

Advancement is merit-based and directly tied to consistency, professionalism, and demonstrated leadership in the field. Founding members of the outreach division will be prioritized for all supervisory roles as operations expand.
