Marketing Communications Coordinator

Our client, a global manufacturing brand, has an immediate need for a Marketing Communications Coordinator. This HYBRID role starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and will continue (40 hours per week) through February of 2026 with the potential to extend.

This role requires onsite work in Plano Monday - Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

Marketing Communications Coordinator Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing communications content and materials for North American markets
• Work closely with various teams (brand, digital, product, and trade) to ensure business objectives are clearly defined
• Uphold communication plans and briefs throughout project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Promote understanding and adherence to brand excellence guidelines

Marketing Communications Coordinator Requirements

• 1+ year of marketing communications and / or advertising project management experience
• Ability to develop effective result-focused marketing communications
• Excellent grammar, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and manage project budgets and timelines
• Team player who can take initiative and be diplomatic
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint, Word) required
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus (but not a must)

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
