Position Overview

SpectrumVoIP is seeking a Marketing Coordinator
to help execute marketing campaigns, support lead generation, and enhance our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys blending design, data, and technology to deliver measurable results.

You'll help manage projects, execute campaigns, and use tools like
HubSpot
(or similar platforms) to engage audiences and optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of
    email marketing campaigns
    through
    HubSpot
    or a similar CRM/CMS platform.
  • Support lead management, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting using marketing automation tools.
  • Help manage and update website content using the company CMS.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Design and edit marketing materials such as graphics, presentations, and digital assets using
    Canva
    or
    Adobe Creative Suite
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, metrics, and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Design
    , or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience using
    Canva
    or
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with
    HubSpot
    or similar CRM/CMS/email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with
    project management tools
    such as , Asana, or Microsoft Planner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
