Simply Beautiful Space (SBS) is a growing home organizing company dedicated to creating functional, beautiful, and peaceful living spaces for our clients. We specialize in home organizing and renewal services, delivering an elevated, boutique client experience. As our team expands, we are seeking detail-oriented, motivated, and professional organizers to join us.

Role Summary

The Professional Home Organizer will work directly with clients to declutter, organize, and transform various spaces in the home. This role involves hands-on project work, product planning, system creation, and maintaining the Simply Beautiful Space standard of organization and presentation. You will collaborate with the owner and/or lead organizer to bring each project to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize closets, kitchens, bathrooms, pantries, garages, and whole-home spaces
  • Sort, categorize, edit, and streamline client belongings
  • Create functional, visually cohesive organizing systems
  • Assist with product placement and light assembly as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality at all times
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with SBS brand standards
  • Work efficiently to meet project timelines
  • Collaborate with the SBS team on multi-organizer projects

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a natural ability to create order
  • Experience in home organizing or related fields preferred
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25–30 lbs
  • Comfortable working in clients' homes with professionalism and discretion
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Flexible availability (weekday and occasional weekend projects)
