We are looking for dedicated, reliable individuals to join our team as Custom Home Framers. This role focuses on residential rough carpentry and framing, working on high-quality custom homes and residential projects. Whether you're an experienced framer or someone eager to learn the trade, we have opportunities available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential rough carpentry and framing for new home builds and remodeling projects
  • Assemble walls, floors, roof systems, and structural components
  • Measure, cut, and install lumber and other framing materials
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Work as part of a team to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements

Experience Levels:

  • 1. Experienced Candidates
  • Prior residential framing or rough carpentry experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of framing techniques and tool
  • 2. Entry-Level Candidates:
  • No experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Must be dependable and able to follow instructions
  • Training is provided

General Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or elevated surfaces
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
