We're gearing up for our first flagship opening, and we're looking for a founding General Manager who will help bring our vision to life and set the foundation for future growth.

We're launching with big ambitions: creating systems that scale, building a strong brand, and expanding into multiple locations. And we need a leader who wants to grow with us.

About the Role

As our General Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of Easy Young. You'll lead the opening of our first location, build and train the team, and establish the systems, standards, and culture that will shape every location that follows.

This role is hands-on, high-energy, and foundational — perfect for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building something from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all daily restaurant operations

  • Hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team

  • Build onboarding, training, and service standards

  • Create systems and processes that scale to future locations

  • Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and waste control

  • Maintain exceptional guest experience and hospitality

  • Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency on the line

  • Own scheduling, ordering, vendor coordination, and compliance

  • Execute opening and closing procedures

  • Lead with positivity, urgency, and accountability

  • Represent and protect the Easy Young brand

Hours & Availability

This is a full-time, leadership role requiring strong presence on-site.

40–50 hours per week

Additional hours during opening and training phases

Must have availability for days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience

  • 2+ years as a General Manager in fast casual/QSR (required)

  • Proven ability to manage $3M+ annual sales volume

  • Full P&L responsibility (labor + food cost)

  • Strong hiring and team development experience

  • Ability to build systems, not just run them

  • Hands-on leadership style — leads from the line

  • High energy, organized, and operationally excellent

What We Offer

As we open additional locations, the General Manager will be a priority candidate for Multi-Unit Manager consideration (not guaranteed, but performance matters).

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience opening a new restaurant

  • Experience developing Shift Leads/AGMs into leaders

  • Experience with digital ordering and delivery platforms
