Intralox, LLC is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for the Development Project Management Team in the Equipment platform. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting the leadership team with a wide variety of administrative and planning tasks. This position will be based in our Baltimore, Maryland office.

This Project Coordinator will be working with driven and talented people in cross functional teams executing substantial deliverable projects/programs for key customers. For a person to be successful in this role, they need to be proactive, highly motivated to learn new things and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and cross-functional stake holders through all aspects of the project life cycle in execution of our deliverables programs or other projects as needed.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables with assistance from Project Managers and cross-functional teams supporting deliverable creation.
  • Review and understand project proposals, contract documents, scope of work or Statement of Work (SOW), and project schedules.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Financial Accounting, and Customer Service teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in project dashboards, project schedules or project tracking sheets and ensure timely updates to project records.
  • Ensures accurate reporting of time in support of project cost tracking.
  • Process requests received via multiple channels with precision and professionalism.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to tool development.
  • Ensure documentation is organized and up to date.
  • Submits deliverables in customer ecosystem.
  • Ability to navigate databases (SmartSheets, SharePoint, Windchill)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including project managers, mechanical engineers, electrical and controls engineers, field technicians, etc. to update status on project work and
  • Communicates and reports project status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Schedule, attend or lead status update meetings.
  • Prepare project progress reports as needed.
  • Review and deliver project submittals, submittal status, release and delivery
  • Champions and models company culture and principles
  • Attends training or self-trains to continuously improve skill sets
  • Create various deliverables to satisfy contract requirements as needed.
  • Reviews SOW requirements to ensure compliance
  • Reviews source content and pull-out relevant information to satisfy deliverable requirements
  • When needed consult with Subject Matter Experts to find source content
  • Deliverable creation will require various tasks such as compiling data from multiple documents, writing new descriptions based on SOW requirements and source content, or similar

Requirements:

  • High-School Diploma and minimum of 1 year of office experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-managed, and positive attitude.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Inquisitive: Great at asking questions to get to clarity
  • A self-managed individual who is a team player and open to new ideas to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Ability to be in office minimum 3 days per week.
  • Able to obtain basic level clearance to be able to submit deliverables in customer software systems

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans

Salary Range $50,200 to $98,700
