Activity Aide
to join our team during the
PM shift
to help bring joy, connection, and purpose to our residents' evenings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and leading recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
  • Engage residents in games, crafts, music, exercise, and special events.
  • Help set up, clean up, and transport residents to and from activities.
  • Document participation and provide feedback to the Activities Director.
  • Promote a positive, fun, and inclusive environment for all residents.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
  • Friendly, energetic, and patient personality with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable, compassionate, and enjoy working with older adults.
