Highlights of the Memory Care Director Position:

  • Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families
  • Proven success in management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives

The salary range for this position is $77,969 to $80,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
