Job Description
As part of our AI Transformation team, you'll serve as a trusted partner to Comcast's senior leaders, helping them unlock the value of AI in their day-to-day workflows and decision-making. You'll combine curiosity, technical fluency, and strong business acumen to guide leaders in exploring new tools, building confidence, and driving meaningful change through AI adoption.

This is not your standard advisory role, it's for someone who lives at the intersection of AI and business. You'll spend your time exploring emerging tools, experimenting with productivity hacks, and translating your knowledge into practical, tailored solutions for Comcast's most senior leaders and their teams.

Your mission: make AI approachable, useful, and exciting. You'll design high-impact enablement experiences, uncover new use cases, troubleshoot in real time, and act as a constant source of inspiration on how AI can transform work at every level.

Success in this role requires a builder's mindset, a mix of technical curiosity, consultative problem-solving, and the ability to engage and educate executives with clarity, confidence, and creativity.

Core Responsibilities

  • AI Guide & Partner: Act as a personal AI enabler for Comcast leaders, helping them explore, test, and adopt tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and emerging AI platforms.
  • Tailored Training & Content: Create clear, engaging, and executive-ready onboarding guides, demos, and reference materials that make AI feel intuitive and valuable.
  • Engaging Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and 1:1 coaching sessions, making AI accessible while tying it directly to business impact.
  • Use Case Discovery: Partner with leaders to identify opportunities, pilot ideas, and refine AI-powered workflows that drive productivity and smarter decision-making.
  • Real-Time Troubleshooting: Serve as a trusted go-to resource for AI-related questions and challenges, collaborating with IT and product teams as needed.
  • AI Storytelling: Translate complex AI concepts into everyday language and actionable guidance that resonates with non-technical audiences.
  • Tooling roadmap: Identify new and innovative AI applications and tools that would drive impact for Comcast, its leaders, and teams.
  • Trendspotting: Stay on the cutting edge of AI advancements and continuously bring fresh ideas, demos, and recommendations to inspire adoption.
  • Strategic Alignment: Connect the dots between individual use cases and Comcast's broader AI strategy to maximize business value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, technology enablement, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI—constantly experimenting with new tools and eager to share your learnings with others.
  • Understanding of AI capabilities in tools like Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, and similar productivity platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify what will resonate with senior executives.
  • Proven success coaching or training non-technical stakeholders on technology adoption.
  • Exceptional communication skills: able to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Natural curiosity and resilience—comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning fast.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders with trust, empathy, and confidence.
  • Ability to travel as needed for in-person executive engagements.

Why Comcast?
